Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Creativity for Kids purchase. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and, where applicable, in their original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To arrange a return, please contact us at sales@creativityforkids.co.uk before sending your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@creativityforkids.co.uk.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the problem so that we can resolve it quickly.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact sales@creativityforkids.co.uk.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.

UK consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable exceptions under consumer law.

Our 30-day returns policy gives you additional time to request a return.
